Hi, Thanks for the reply, its a Ducato 18 - 2003/4 - 2.8 JTD, I don't know if its relevant but its never had a Red Key, just the 2 normal flip type without any buttons, hope that makes sense. Also thanks for the suggestion about getting a second opinion.
